This modern and elegant apartment is divided into: living room with kitchen area (fully equipped), dining area and relaxation area with sofa bed, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with a single bed and another single foldaway bed, bathroom with shower. Also available to guests on the ground floor there is a common laundry area with washing machine and dryer.

In this apartment you’ll find heating, air conditioning, free wifi, Led TV.

IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENT

Upon arrival you will be asked for the identification documents of all guests in order to register your data as required by law.



CITY TAX

The tourist tax must be paid at the beginning of the stay in cash.



LATE CHECK-IN

In case of late check-in after 20.00 a late check-in fee applies:

EUR 20 for check-in after 20.00

EUR 40 for check-in after 22.00

EUR 50 for check-in after midnight.

From Venice Marco Polo Airport you can take Alilaguna Blu waterbus and get off at S. Zaccaria, then there is a small stretch to walk.
