Wonderful stay here. Room was amazing and big including the bathroom even a lift. We didn’t take breakfast as wanted to explore but communal coffee and tea available. the location is excellent for train, busses, water taxi. I recently stayed at Hotel Palazzo Martinelli Dolfin and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is housed in a beautifully restored historic building with elegant interiors that capture the charm of Venice.The rooms are recently renovated, very clean, and the bathrooms are spotless — which made the stay extra comfortable. The location is a huge plus: it’s within easy walking distance to the train station and many of Venice’s main landmarks, which made exploring the city super convenient. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-located place to stay in Venice.

The location is convenient, close to the train station and bus loop. That's about the only good thing. Bathroom was musty, dirty, and shower did not drain. It's a "smart" hotel which means there's no service, you just get door codes and texts from a chatbot. Ok if you just need a basic room for a night and nothing else.
