The skyscraper develops in height for 19 levels, and with its 81m. it is the city's new iconic landmark. The choice of a hybrid principle, confirmed by the name assigned to it, is expressed not only in the internal distributions but above all in the formal solutions. The tower alternates collective spaces with hospitality-residential units, which from the fourth to the eleventh floor have apartments with large panoramic windows and which from the twelfth to the sixteenth floor offer cantilevered terraces and breathtaking views of the skyline of Mestre fino and the Venice Lagoon. The top floors house a very elegant restaurant surmounted by a vast terrace that gives a 360° panoramic view, which becomes impressive at sunset.
The HTM HYBRID TOWER has wide street parking and is located ten minutes faraway from the center of Mestre, and a few meters close to primary commercial activities that guarantee its guests the opportunity to go shopping and provide relaxation and recreation.

Train station Mestre-Venezia is a 10-minute walk away, from the building 800m away, easily reachable with luggage by walking.
Bus 4L to Venice every 10 mins until midnight landing at Piazzale Roma Bus Terminal, the main entrance to Venice Island.
Easy to reach by bus and then by vaporetto (ferryboat) are also the Venice Lido, well-known for its amazing beaches and the internationally famous Venice Film Festival.
Jesolo beaches are a 1 hour reachable by ATVO bus

The parking is paid from Monday to Saturday from 8AM until 1PM and from 3PM until 8PM. The hourly rate is 0,8€.

ARRIVAL:

Regular check-in is available from 15.00 until 19:00.

Late check-in is possible until 24:00 for €30 cash to be paid in spot

After 24.00 – NO SHOW.

Please coordinate the check-in details with the contact person 2 days before your arrival.

The electronic key card for unit access is delivered during the check-in

Halldis is required to have all guests provide their personal details, including ID or passport number, and pass them on to the local authorities.

Hallds is required to ask guests for the tourist tax according to the municipal rules: € 1 per day per person; minor under 14 years of age are exempt.

MAIN RULES:

- Please respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 8:00.

- Parties are not allowed.

- No smoking is absolutely mandatory inside the property

- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Please do not invite people into the apartment that are not registered for your stay.

- All guests shall abide by a good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.

- Pets are not permitted

- Renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.

- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.

- The use of the cooking grills is not allowed unless indicated in the services offered.

- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. In case of any damage or issue, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it right away.

Breaking these rules may be penalized until €200.

Windows or their glass broken charge a refund from 1000,00 euro
