GPS is rather tenuous in Venezia, so Nicolette came and met us at the P. St Angeles. That was greatly appreciated. It’s actually quite close to the Porto if you know the route. Had one issue with some plumbing which Alfonso attended to the very day we contacted him. Can’t beat that for service. They even made a video for the temporary work around! Who does that?The location is perfect for exploring the unique Venice experience. It’s just a leisurely stroll to so many sites, including piazza San Marco and St Mark’s Basilica, which I highly recommend. Just a great experience that contributed to our fabulous time in San Marco, Venezia. Ciao ciao!

Wonderful stay in Venice

Great location. Close to restaurants, water taxi stops and shopping. One draw back, we reserved three bedrooms and they are not located in the same apartment. Upstairs comprised of two bedrooms which had one bathroom, dining, small living room, and kitchen. The third bedroom was located downstairs and was comprised of two twin beds and a full bath. The downstairs room and was pretty gloomy - no light. It was not disclosed in the listing that the bedrooms were in separate apartments with their own entrances and locks. Also, I would recommend a thorough and detailed cleaning of the upstairs bathroom as there is, what looks to be, black mold on the shower/tub tiles. Possibly update listing to reflect uniqueness of apartments.

Delightful stay in Venice

The apartment was very well placed to access on foot most of the " must sees" in Venice. It was clean and comfortable and had all we needed for our stay. Despite being just off a large square it was quiet and peaceful. Special thanks to Nicoletta who was very helpful, kind and especially patient as we were very late arriving due to an awful flight delay.

Wir waren etwas erstaunt, dass die fĂŒr 5 Personen gebuchte Wohnung eigentlich aus zwei getrennten Apartments bestand, die ĂŒber das allgemein zugĂ€ngliche Treppenhaus "verbunden" waren.Die Zimmer sind etwas abgewohnt,in zweien gibt es keine Nachttisch-Beleuchtung, die KĂŒche enthĂ€lt die nötigsten Utensilien, es fehlen aber scharfe KĂŒchenmesser und andere Kleinigkeiten. Nicoletta hat uns an der Vaporetto-Sation abgeholt und uns mit vielen Informationen versorgt. Am Abreisetag konnten wir unser GepĂ€ck deponieren. Die Lage ist so genial, dass wir selbst bei einem eintĂ€gigen Vaporetto-Streik die wichtigsten SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten zu Fuß erkunden konnten.

Great Location!

The location was absolutely the best part. We were not very far from one of the vaporetto stops, the grand canal & all the other attractions, and yet off the beaten path enough that it was quiet. Nicoletta was very gracious. After showing the apartment, she pointed out everything on the map & gave us some great recommendations. One thing to be aware of before you book (especially if you are planning to use all three bedrooms with kids), is that the third bedroom with the twin beds is in a completely different unit downstairs. This is not indicated on the listing, and I believe that it should be. The pictures make it appear that this is one unit on two levels, but it is not the case. The upstairs landing is shared with another apartment. We were traveling with a 20-year-old girl and a 16-year-old boy with the thought that they would be able to be in their own rooms but neither felt comfortable sleeping in the downstairs unit by themselves. It would have been a bit more inconvenient needing a key to come and go between the two. Luckily, the bunkbeds worked ok even though my son was almost too big for the top bunk. Fortunately, this change did not alter our stay and we thoroughly enjoyed Venice, Murano and Burano during our 3-days. A helpful tip if you are planning to visit the other islands is to purchase the vaporetto pass so that you do not need to purchase tickets every time you plan to board. This saved us time and allowed us the freedom to go on and off as we pleased.

Enjoyed the stay

This rental is in a great location and provided a perfect home base for exploring Venice. The size of the apartment suited our family well, and the kitchen was nice to have for a quick lunch and late night snacks. The host was helpful and provided good recommendations on restaurants, transportation, etc.

The property is very close to the major bus stops. Makes it easy to get to sights and tour meeting places. The restaurant next door is also really good. There’s a PAM small grocery store on the corner to get supplies for the kitchen.

Con l'arrivo vaporetto linea 1 e pick-up tutto ha funzionato bene: sono stati prelevati - ottimo servizio - anche con tutte le informazioni importanti sull'appartamento e pulito Venezia! L'appartamento ù stato per 8 giorni nel mezzo di S Marco un punto di partenza ideale per scoprire Venezia, manca davvero nell'appartamento Niente 😊ù idillicamente tranquillo - non a 5 minuti da un posto bellissimo, con bar e molti ristoranti! Con Alfonso, fornitore dell'appartamento - in anticipo già buon contatto, l'appartamento ù ben descritto, le foto parlano da sole - per 2 amiche o coppia con 2 bambini - ideale adatto! Possibilità di shopping nelle vicinanze... Di quanto sia un! C'era un piccolo problema, non passava un'ora tra una domanda e l'altra... e arrivo della soluzione ... ! Il rapporto prezzo / prestazioni ù molto ok! ! Sarei felice di consigliarlo ad altri!!! Saremo felici di tornare in qualsiasi momento!
