This was a fantastic house and a VERY responsive host! It was well stocked, just as described and perfect for our trip to MN to visit family. We had an issue with the Keurig malfunctioning the first morning and the same day, the host had a new one delivered to our door! With boxes of coffee pods too! Overall 10/10 would recommend and will book again for our next trip.

We enjoyed this home. Nice size for the 7 of us. Front entry did not work at arrival, able to access thru garage. Was able to change batteries in front door per owners permission. Disappointed with 3rd bedroom description, listed as queen, but is full size mattress in queen frame. This couple ended up sleeping on couch, due to the mattress. Deck not very user friendly due to birds activity (not clean). Did not use bathroom drawers, full of hair. Totally loved the master shower!! Overall it was a very beautiful home!

Stay out of Daughters hair

We stayed here over 3 days of Christmas because our daughter had new child. We took their older two and played games and baked Christmas cookies during the day so she didn’t have burden of extra guests.Home was roomy, master bed mattress fabulous. Nice to have garage option in MN winter.Would stay again.

Beautiful home in Waconia

We had a great time at Jeff’s house. It was clean, beautifully furnished, and in a quiet neighborhood by the lake. It was well stocked and had plenty of room for us all to spread out. We look forward to our next trip to Waconia!

Highly Recommend

Jeff was a very accommodating host. His property was extremely clean. The house almost seemed brand new. It was located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood near a golf course. I can’t say enough good things about our stay. Thank you, Jeff. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property.

Exceptionally Clean

The house was very clean and spacious. There were a few items that were odd like a waterpik left in the master bath, locked closets and no hangers (had to hang clothes by front door), and no blinds on most of the windows. The front door key pad stopped working and we had to go in and out of the garage. For the few oddities and inconveniences - staying in a clean home is most important. The layout also allowed for my daughter, son-in-law to have the downstairs and complete privacy. Would recommend!

Weekend Getaway

This property was clean, comfortable and true to the online photos. The property manager was easy to reach and available for questions. It isn't far from Lake Waconia and we were able to visit some wineries in the area, take in the lake for a day, relax in the hot tub. We enjoyed our stay.

Snowy vacation

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this house. The house is very new, clean and comfortable. It's spacious enough for a family and well decorated. We enjoyed sitting by the two fireplaces as it kept us warm and added a nice charm to the home. It appears that this is a very new rental, so just a couple tips to the homeowner for the future is to maybe store away personal items like clothing, shoes, and toiletries that were left out and also in bathroom vanity drawers, as we initially felt we were intruding in someone else's personal space. Also, there was a vehicle that was left in the garage so we didn't have a place to park our car which made it difficult to haul our family in and out in the middle of the snow. We did talk to the owner about this and he was apologetic, so I imagine some of these things will be corrected for the future. Overall, we would definitely consider renting this house again whenever we come back to Waconia to visit our family.

Quiet Getaway

We chose this home for a quiet Christmas getaway. Perfect. Warm, functional and comfortable. Proximity to the restaurants and stores in Waconia was helpful. Cooked all meals in, as road conditions and below zero temps limited outdoor activity. Will stay again
