I had to change rooms because the back door didn’t have a lock on it and wouldn’t closed. There was a giant gap on the top and bottom of the door. When I told the front desk lady, she said all the doors had them. After more pointless looking at other doors, she moved me to another room. I found out to late that there wasn’t toilet paper. Also, there was garbage on the floor, the heat wasn’t on nor was the room prepared and the head just took FOREVER to heat up. Possibly the worst way to bring in the New Year, I will NEVER stay at blue creek inn again.

We only stayed overnight. Room was clean, beds and linens comfortable. Downside: walls were paper-thin and trash service arrived at 4 am with several dumpsters being dumped closeby.

The Inn was conveniently located right off Rt. 9 and close to an event we attended at the Waterfront. The property looked and smelled clean and the lobby was fairly updated. We appreciated the Keurig machine in the alcove. Parking was easy and plentiful. Our queen room was quite small, and the bathroom was difficult to move around in. The faucet for both the shower and sink were old, as was the physical key and chain lock on the door.
