Suzana went out of her way to help us in visiting Kelowna. The breakfasts were exceptionnally good and the view of the City and the Lake is fantastic. The room and bathroom are modern and an attention to détails is big plus.

Beautiful home in a good location. Comfortable, beautifully decorated rooms with private bathrooms, TV and internet service; other thoughtful extras are also included. Separate entrance from main home. Large communal room with fridge, microwave, eating area, and a lounge if you want to socialize, watch TV or play board games. Delicious gourmet breakfasts, no bacon and eggs here! Excellent service and friendly hosts who went beyond the norm to make our stay memorable. Thank you, Susanne and Alan. We hope to visit you again in the future.

Truly 5 stars stay

My husband and I had the most wonderful stay at Suzana’s charming bed & breakfast—truly a 5-star home experience. From the moment Suzana warmly greeted us upon arrival, it felt like being welcomed into a dear friend’s home. She took the time to personally introduce us to every detail. Every corner of the house was immaculately clean—no surface overlooked. The bed was heavenly comfortable, and the pillows just right. Plush, soft towels awaited us each morning, and I loved the thoughtful touch of providing three different body lotions, makeup remover wipes, sunblock, and even after-sun lotion. These little extras made our stay feel luxurious and cared-for. Hearty, Healthy, & Beautiful Breakfasts Suzana prepared a delicious three-course breakfast each morning, complete with fresh coffee and juice. The portions were generous and the meals healthy. It felt like dining in a friendly, upscale café—but in the comfort of a cozy home. The landscaped backyard was a peaceful haven, perfect for sipping coffee and reading a book in the morning sun. After a long day of travel, soaking in the hottub was the cherry on top We will absolutely be back. This stay exceeded all expectations. If you’re looking for a B&B in Kelowna that feels like a true home with all the pampering of a boutique retreat, look no further—Suzana and her husband are super hosts in every sense. Highly recommended from the bottom of our hearts!

While Lake and the City Bed and Breakfast is a family-run establishment, in many aspects, it competes with luxury hotels in terms of hospitality, cleanliness, organization, and amenities. From the moment we arrived, Suzana and Allen made us feel like family. Their kindness, care, and attention to detail are unmatched. They provided fantastic recommendations for activities in Kelowna, helping us make the most of our trip. The room was immaculate, well-organized, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The atmosphere was peaceful, allowing us to truly unwind. The hot tub room with a beautiful wooden interior was an unexpected luxury, making our stay even more special. Now, let’s talk about breakfast—Suzana is an incredible cook! Every morning, she prepared and served fresh, delicious meals with homemade baked goods, paired with perfectly brewed coffee. Without exaggeration, this was one of the best breakfasts we’ve had anywhere! The location is ideal—just minutes from Okanagan Lake, wineries, and downtown Kelowna, yet tucked away in a serene setting. Whether you’re here for relaxation or adventure, this place offers the best of both worlds. This was our first experience using a B&B and it couldn’t have been better. Beautiful spotlessly clean property with exceptional views. However, it was our time spent with the owners over the most delicious breakfasts that turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. Breakfast was homemade unique and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this property. The location is a bit out of the way from the city amenities but only a 10 minute drive.

Our stay with Suzane and Alan was wonderful. Beautiful accomodations, amazing breakfast each day. Hosts were very helpful when asked about the area and extremely attentive. This is a perfect place to stay. So relaxing and so luxurious, such careful thought has gone into this accommodation. Lovely location and great accommodation with a dedicated hot tub which was relaxing. Great communal dining and relax area. The host and family were super ..and the three course home cooked gourmet breakfast was delicious. This was our number 1 place to stay in the 3 weeks we have been in Canada.

Our stay at Lake and the City B&B was wonderful. The hosts were very nice. They were welcoming and accommodating from arrival to departure. The main living space for guests was like being home and the bedroom was spacious, well designed and nicely appointed. Very comfortable! So far, this was the best B&B experience we've ever had. A beautiful house, in a fantastic location with a breathtaking view. The hosts Alken and Suzana are attentive and caring people who will do everything they can to make you feel at home. Breakfast was divine and the room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Loved this place. We booked the room with the private spa tub (hot tub). It is only for that room. Had a private entrance. Beautiful view. The whole place was spotless. There is a common indoor and outdoor sitting area and kitchen as well. The hosts, Suzanna and Alan were so easy to talk too. Breakfast of fresh fruit, home baked biscuits, jam, and quiche were amazing. We enjoyed getting to know the hosts over breakfast. Highly recommend staying here.

This home and the hosts are amazing. The property is beautiful and the room was extraordinary. Decorated like a 5* hotel. Beautiful beds and towels and the plus for our room was a private hot tub with a beautiful view. Highly highly recommend. We booked one night and but for us having ongoing plans we can’t change, we absolutely would stay longer. We will return. We haven’t had breakfast yet as I write this but we know the menu and I know, given the perfection of our hostess, it will also be something to rave about.
