Stay away!

This was a horrible experience. I booked on hotels.com. When I arrived at the hotel at 5pm I was told the room wasn’t ready yet. Then I was told they did not have a room for me. I went on the app and showed that it still said they had two more rooms available. They said those rooms were out of service and I needed to contact hotels.com for my refund. Still waiting to hear back on that. Overall it was a horrible experience that made me late for my appointment.

There's a fan in the ceiling that was loud and ran 24/7. It must be for circulation. The heat/air conditioning unit is near the window and that fan wasn't loud.
