The room was nice and clean. All of the staff I encountered were friendly. Pool & hot tub are nice. Parking was easy. The marketplace is a good addition even though they weren’t open very late. I would stay here again.

"I read a lot of positive reviews so I was looking forward to a nice little staycation. Unfortunately my experience wasn’t so nice. I saw online you could check in early if they had availability. The day before check in, I called and was informed to call the day of check in at 0800 to see if it was possible. I did as instructed and was told my room was ready so I could arrive anytime but if before 12, I would have to pay 28$. No problem! Checked in at 100PM and was given keys to a dirty room that still had occupants in it. We go back to the front desk and the staff member did not apologize or seem to care. The next room we were given had dirty sheets and smelled like cigarettes. "
