No room service was done even though we stayed for 3 nights. They gave 5 euro coupon to.skip.cleaning for 1 night but i was promised someone would clean after the 2nd night which nevsr happenned. Also i was not aware of the tourist tax which was applied to my bill and was seperate from expedia charges. I even reached out to expedia for refund but to no avail. Breakfast was the only highlight.

Very nice spacious room, staff were very helpful and friendly - the breakfast was very nice, our Eurostar for the following morning was in the early hours in which we requested a breakfast to go box which was a delight. My stay at Hotel Saple was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well equipped — everything felt new and well maintained.

Hotel was clean and staff were excellent. We had a 3 night stay which would have been a lot better if the drainage system in our bathroom was better. The sink would take the most part of the day to drain. It was very annoying and frustrating. We did report this to front desk and they made 3 attempts to fix but not successful. They said maintenance was off for the weekend.A different room offered on the last day but to pack up all our belongings to move, time wouldnt allow. There was no compensation offered for our problem where I think there should have been as the rooms were priced fairly high. But other than that hotel was comfortable, cleanand staff were very friendly.

The staff were absolutely top class. Your evening restaurant was good but needs more choice especially desert menu. Brotish are always looking for a cooked breakfast. We were disappointed there was no bacon sausages tomatoes ect.
