Very cozy hotel with large rooms for European standards. No air-conditioning but they do provide a fan. The lighting in the room are all Edison lights and it could be pretty dim at times. Bed is very comfy and staff is very attentive. Very chic and eclectic designs. I highly encourage everyone to opt in for the breakfast. It was honestly the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. It's not a buffet, it's a legit restaurant and it's ala carte menu and you can order anything you want. The French toast, the croque madam, the scrambled eggs with feta, and the eggs royale were out of this world. It's in the red light district and very close to everything. Walkable to the Anne Frank museum, centraal train station, different flea markets, the main square with great restaurants. WiFi was strong and reliable. Would highly recommend staying here. Only downside is that they will not refund you for any reason. One person in our party had an aneurysm burst and she was intubated and in the hospital for 3 weeks and they still did not refund her or give her credit for a future visit. But I guess they do mention no refunds. the free water and hot chocolate they give you in the room was delicious.

We loved our week here at this property. It was a great location. Our rooms were lovely. Bed was really comfortable. It was lovely having a kettle to make a cup of tea, and the snacks and drinks were very convenient. Staff were very helpful and personable. We will definitely stay here again when returning to Amsterdam.

Very enjoyable stay!

Loved our stay. Hotel was within easy walking distance of everything but there is almost no need to leave the hotel as the bar and restaurant are a destination in themselves!

Very good hotel and great location

We stayed 1 week in this hotel we had the suite. It was overall a very pleasant stay. Hotel is nice, comfortable, has all necessary amenities in the rooms. Location is also excellent. Calm area of the red light district but at the same time close to everything. 2 mins from dam square and maximum 20-25min walk from all major attractions in amsterdam. Hotel restaurant was overall pretty good, only constructive comment i can provide is that food quality, despite being good, is inconsistent, we ordered same dishes over the week and it didn't always taste great. Overall i do recommend this hotel especially if you want to stay in the older parts of the city and explore the nearby areas by foot or bike.

I booked what turned out to be a non-refundable stay. I had to have surgery and had to leave a week later. They wouldn't even allow me to stay other dates. Very disappointing. So I stayed with them only for the last night of my original booking. Unimpressed. Breakfast was very basic, no gym, no useful facilities.
