Place was great but no air conditioning during a heat wave was insane. They give you fan but can’t open windows. Go during colder times not in summer it was 79 degrees in our room

Decent room with a charming location

The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. I didn’t particularly enjoy the style of decor in the room (a bit sparse and utilitarian— pipes and cut pieces of plywood for shelves) but the lobby and restaurant were charming, as was the little street the hotel is on. Our room was quiet and fairly cool despite no individual AC control. Staff were indifferent to us. No negative interactions, but also not overly pleasant or welcoming. I did have a concern about an issue after our stay and sent a message to management, which was answered promptly and politely. Overall it was a decent stay.
