They tried to charge my cc the entire day before checking in. When I called they were quite rude about it. Also location is very confusing as there are two Ibis hotels, big one and little one behind it. Not very well posted.

The airport shuttle was the most important reason we booked here. It was on time and that was great! The room was super tiny for 3 of us, it was good we were only staying overnight. There was literally no place to open your luggage except on the floor which I don't like. As in the picture, there is only about 1.5 feet clearance between the wall and the bed. BUT the bed was super comfy, the sheets clean, bathroom was basically in your room, no place for privacy in the shower, but again, was clean! But for the price, and one night, it was fine! Would never spend more than that here.

Terrible shuttle service. The shuttle driver made everyone use the back door, never opening the front door. There wasn't enough room for everyone, we had to shove to make sure we got on. 4 people were left behind at one of the hotels. Should have had more than one shuttle. When they offer free shuttle service they should make sure they have enough room. We asked if we could reserve a space and the office just said to show up. We were there way ahead of time but others budged ahead with no kindness or respect. next time staying at a hotel with better service
