Room was very clean (got a suite for a great price) and comfortable. Staff exceptionally nice and helpful, especially appreciated when checking in late after a long day at Disney. Parking was kind of high, but then I found out they allow you to park early the day of check in (could've taken ART and saved Disney parking cost). I will definitely stay here again.

The room was perfect for our trip to Disneyland. However, we had one small hiccup. When we arrived, we asked for a baggage carrier, but were told none were available. Not sure why one wasn't available, but we had a lot of luggage and a baggage cart would have been helpful.

Front desk lady was very pushy and in a hurry. Maybe overwhelmed from taking care of the entire front desk by herself. Staff is friendly overall. Room is very very outdated. Looks 20 years old. GM, please have someone on staff run around in check in and checkout times and gather all unused luggage carts to be ready for use at the lobby.
