Room was very clean (got a suite for a great price) and comfortable. Staff exceptionally nice and helpful, especially appreciated when checking in late after a long day at Disney. Parking was kind of high, but then I found out they allow you to park early the day of check in (could've taken ART and saved Disney parking cost). I will definitely stay here again.

There was an issue with the tv channels, every channel above 40 had a signal disturbance and did not work so we had to move rooms next day which was inconvenient and a waste of time! The bathroom tubs are gross looking, some sort of paint? was pealing off.

Me and my wife always get ok hotels for our trip to Disney. This time was something different from the time I checked in to the time I checked out if was the best experience we had in a long time! Staff were awesome. The bar very clean and very convenient for people like us who don’t want to walk anywhere after a Disney day! Coffee shop was excellent! There’s not one bad thing to say about this establishment! The only thing that was bad was the tram which they have nothing to do with. 10/10 stay for us! There’s no where else we’re going to book from here on out! Thanks guys!

I was charged twice for a dinner I had there and tried to call customer service. Forget it! It doesn't exist. I was also annoyed by the fact that they charged $2.50 each for the bottled water and $33.00/day for parking, although I think all of the hotels in the area charge for parking. The hotel was nice but I definately felt a little gouged.
