Room was very clean (got a suite for a great price) and comfortable. Staff exceptionally nice and helpful, especially appreciated when checking in late after a long day at Disney. Parking was kind of high, but then I found out they allow you to park early the day of check in (could've taken ART and saved Disney parking cost). I will definitely stay here again.

We loved the room, the cleanliness, very friendly & welcoming staff, the price, the breakfast, comfortable beds....the only thing that was a bit upsetting was the handicap parking! We saw visitors that were not handicap parked in the stalls for real handicap people! My husband has a bad hip and leg handicap, we are legally able to park here and there was no availability, making us park further away from the front entrance. Everything else was amazing! We will definitely be back for our next family vacation!

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Check in was easy and convenient. My room was clean and quite comfortable. Easy access to the Disney Toy Story parking with their free shuttle to the park. The Toy Story lot being so close can be walked to making an easy trip and saves a bit on parking costs.

My second stay here and I think it will be my go to when visiting Disneyland because it’s clean, quiet, nice interior iand carpet, plus the staff are very good to you. Free cookie at check in!

There was an issue with the tv channels, every channel above 40 had a signal disturbance and did not work so we had to move rooms next day which was inconvenient and a waste of time! The bathroom tubs are gross looking, some sort of paint? was pealing off.
