Graduation weekend

We had a great stay for our son’s graduation. A spacious house to accommodate our family. The backyard was perfect to be outside for our BBQ celebration. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Would recommend to stay here. All necessities were close by. Thanks for a perfect weekend!

Cozy house with spacious backyard in beautiful neighborhood

We stayed 7 nights at the house in Andover with 5 adults, kitchen was great for cooking together, the kitchen had all the supplies we needed, so the BBQ in the backyard. William was a perfect host, answering all questions and giving tips where to go and visit. A Whole Foods market was minutes away by car,

Beautiful clean fully stocked house.(It's actually a 2 family... with a long term resident on the other side.. but you don't realize until you go out back to the shared stairs leading you to a beautiful open back yard. Cute chairs and great bird watching. Chipmunks in the front yard. Owners are close and were on the property everyday.

Beautiful home in a great area

The property was very clean. Everything we needed was available and the location was wonderful. Great food nearby and reasonable drive to get to beaches and inland MA. The property owner were friendly and knowledgeable.

Perfect spot for a family getaway

Our family loved staying at the property! It was clean, modern, and very comfortable and my son absolutely loved running around the huge yard. Bill was very responsive and helpful in getting us set up for a truly wonderful vacation. Will keep this property in mind for future trips!

Adult getaway

We booked this house for a Covid getaway. We were expecting privacy and were disappointed when we arrived to find out it’s a shared property. Our unit didn’t have use of the deck even though it was right outside our back door (and shown in the pictures). Our unit had access to the lower level although we shared the stairs with the other unit since both units share the back yard. During part of our stay the other unit was rented for a small family gathering to which the owner asked us to give them privacy which prevented us access to our backyard space. The inside of the house was as pictured. Bill, the host, was good and offered many recommendation of things to do.
