Loved the location on the University of Michigan's campus. Not a fan of the bathroom doors in the rooms. Everyone was pleasant and it was a nice weekend.

The room was decent but very small. Extremely underwhelming staff. We asked for extra pillows after staying one night. It took 8 hours, two phone calls and a trip to the front desk just to receive them. No exaggeration. We were afraid to ask for anything else the remainder of our trip, and we checked out one night early due to this. Very noisy area as well. College town, so obviously. However extremely disrespectful guests being overly loud as well.
