Experience the pristine, spring-fed waters of the 310-acre Bear Lake, one of Florida's cleanest lakes, at this spacious lake-front home.

Enjoy a variety of outdoor activities like canoeing, paddle-boarding, water-skiing, and fishing as well as backyard camping, suntanning, and barbecuing.

Fast or slow, your vacation, at your pace.

Our home is accessible by car or by sea plane, if you'd rather!

Once you arrive, you will be treated to a beautiful and comfortable modern home with everything you need for an exciting or a relaxing vacation.

We have a canoe and paddle boards available free for use (at your own risk).
For the more adventurous, if you'd like to water-ski, inner-tube, or just spend the day on the water.

You can enjoy the best views of the sunset (and the sunrise) from the swing on the boat dock or from the hammock and lounge chairs in the screen enclosure.

The professional BBQ on the patio can handle even the biggest of grill-outs while you enjoy music from the built-in ceiling speakers or the portable water-proof stereo for tunes by the lake.

The guest portion of the duplex is separated from the owner's suite by a solid, sound-proofed wall, and each space has its own private entrance.

The first floor of the guest area includes a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with a comfy couch and large TV, a master suite (with king-size bed and its own bathroom) and an additional half-bath off the living room. The kitchen also contains an expandable dining table that can seat up to 10 as well as a bar overlooking the water with bar-stools for additional seating.

Just outside the glass doors from the kitchen, there is a HUGE screened-in deck with an additional outdoor dining area that can seat 8 or more (additional folding chairs are available, upon request). This deck, on the back of the house, overlooks the lake and connects to a raised walkway that leads to the water's edge and boat dock.

The second floor offers two bedrooms with queen size beds and a second master suite (with another king size bed and private bathroom). The third bathroom and laundry facilities are off the hall on the second floor, as well as a second loft living room with TV and two couches that convert into double-beds, if needed.

The second floor balcony runs the entire length of the house and is screened-in to allow for bug-free relaxation on the lounge chairs or at the dining tables - perfect for family game-nights.

We live on-property (in the owner's portion of the duplex), so we are available at any time if there is an emergency or if there are any questions or concerns that need immediate addressing.

We will be happy to provide recommendations and tips about the area, if asked, but we like to give our guests plenty of time for uninterrupted relaxation or exploration.

Absolutely Fantastic Property!

Perfect Location in the Orlando area!!

We decided to pick this amazing home for our weekend to the Cheezit Bowl. This home is nestled in a quiet area that is not so busy with all the space you need, convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, etc... BONUS note---the beds were very comfortable. We were 20 minutes from camping world stadium. The outside area and lake view are beautiful. We had teenagers to entertain and that was not a problem at all. We used a kayak and paddle board provided. Fished off the dock. Our host made sure we were accommodated to perfection. I will definitely go back to this home just for the fun of it and stay on the lake. I highly recommend this property for your next trip to the Orlando area. You will not be disappointed. Last... The sunset is picturesque. One made for a fancy magazine.

Fabulous Birthday Weekend on the Lake!

We couldn’t have found a better place for my MIL’s 80th birthday! With family coming from all over the US, Ofir’s home was spacious enough for 12 to sleep and approximately 30 guests the day of the party. There are very few step on the main level of the home, making it safe and comfortable for older guests. Even the decking to the dock is ramped vs stairs. The home is bright, spacious, sparkling clean and well stocked. Ample street parking is close by if you exceed the 5 parking spaces on site. Everyone has a wonderful time and really enjoyed the property. We highly recommend Ofir’s home and hope it is available for the next big family birthday!

Incredible Get-away!

Our family from Colorado stayed at this perfect home for 4+ weeks as we rejuvenated for the New Year. We felt very blessed to have found this remarkable home and location. The home is super clean (I am really picky about cleanliness when I’m renting), very stylish and has ample spaces to live in and enjoy. We paddle boarded, read, exercised in the neighborhood, did yoga workouts on the dock and both decks, cooked meals in the kitchen, visited downtown Orlando and the amusement parks frequently and read/relaxed A LOT. We found Altamonte Springs nearby with everything we needed for dining, shopping and a very cool lake walk that hosts concerts. We visited Ormond Beach several times. The beach is an hour easy drive away and was not crowded. Our hosts during our stay were the perfect balance between being really helpful when needed, but otherwise we never even noticed they were there. A very memorable experience that we would highly recommend!

SO PERFECT WE HAD TO STAY LONGER!!

We had the most amazing stay at Ofir's beautiful lakeside oasis. Everyone had a gorgeous lakeside view, their own bathroom, the house was stocked with everything we needed. It far exceeded our expectations, the pictures simply do not do it justice! Morning coffee by the lake on the gorgeous dock, nature all around. We booked 6 nights and had to extend 4 more, we simply did not want to leave! Highly recommend, Ofir could not have been more accomodating and he anticipated every need we could have. We are missing it already and cannot wait to come back!

Wonderful, relaxing place to stay

We stayed at this beautiful property to celebrate my son’s graduation. The location was great with gorgeous views. The house is comfortable and beautifully decorated. We loved fishing from the dock and using the boat to tour the lake. Our host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Beautiful Lake House with the Best Host

This lake house had it all! It was fully updated, beautifully decorated, and the owner went over and above to ensure that the house guests had everything they needed, knew where everything was, and understood how to work everything (lights, fans, tvs, coffee machine, etc.). The views of the lake were amazing and we spent every evening sitting out on the dock watching the sunset, feeling the breeze, and enjoying the peace out there on the water. The host responded immediately to every question we had and was so easy to work with from beginning to end. The location was perfect - we spent Saturday shopping and eating in Winter Park and Sunday antiquing in Mount Dora. My sister cooked meals in the well-appointed kitchen each evening and we ate at the outside patio table. We can't say enough about our stay! Thank you, Ofir, for a wonderful weekend for me and my family. P.S. The beds were comfy too!

Magnificent House Review

The house was awesome, very comfortable, great views, and an awesome screened in patio. We enjoyed the stay very much and the owner could not have been nicer. Our only nit pick is that sleeping 12 is a stretch without using a couch and/or blowup mattress.

Gorgeous House

Stayed for son’s graduation with family and friends. The lake front property is absolutely gorgeous. It has everything to entertain a bigger group. Owner allowed us to have late check out so we could watch FIFA World Cup Final which was perfect ending for a perfect weekend.

Beautiful lake house!

We rented this house to celebrate our son’s graduation from UCF. Perfect house to host our out of town family pre and post ceremony and for the party. Hosts were amazing and always so fast to respond and accommodate requests. There was literally nothing we needed that wasn’t in the house or on the property. If you are looking at this house don’t hesitate- you’ll love it!!

Great wedding weekend home for family

This property was truly amazing! I wanted a place where family and friends could hang out over the wedding weekend of my son. We also held a rehearsal lunch on the patio. The Property Manager was super responsive to any requests, even providing extra tables and chairs! The views were beautiful and peaceful. It could not have been any more perfect!

My fiancé and I had our backyard wedding on this property. The host was absolutely amazing and super accommodating. The house was so beautifully decorated we barely needed to add anything for our wedding. We had a small wedding of about 30 adults. The outdoor screened area was perfect for the reception and the lawn on the lake was large enough for our ceremony. Ofir was very helpful and quick to communicate while we were preparing for the wedding. I would book this place for any occasion again. The lake was beautiful and the house was kept pristine. The entire place felt like a dream home. Don’t look any further just book this place!!! ♥️

Overall our stay was great...maybe too short. Ofir was quick to help us our when the washer wasn't working. The screened-in porch was great and made it so we could spend time outside without worry of mosquitoes.

Beautiful Property and Great Host

Is property on Bear Lake was stunning and surpassed the pictures! It was clean and well maintained. The host was phenomenal and help resolved any minor issues while still giving full privacy. We would highly recommend this property!
