The location was great, a quiet street, sounds of the bay, and I appreciated the creek behind the property. The unit was better than I had anticipated - I was wishing I had slept in the upstairs loft and not the kiddo! Great place for a quiet stay during the off-season (November). Not sure what the atmosphere is like during the Summer. Hope to return again, someday.

Had a great weekend stay at Cabana on Birch Bay. Kids and grandkids came to enjoy the season. Trick or Treat event at the rec center was a hit. Everyone carved a pumpkin to ward off the goblins. The weather cleared up for a nice walk by the bay. Thanks to Michelle and her staff for the wonderful time.

Great weekend stay

Stayed for long weekend. Location was great. Bedrooms were clean but carpets and cupboards were very dated. Not very well equipped for a vrbo. Had to buy conditioner, condiments and spices to cook which have been available at most other rentals. BBQ was very dirty and crumbs under table when arrived. Loved the spot and balconies on both front and back with view of ocean and creek. Quiet spot and would recommend with a few minor upgrades. Short walk to beach was great.
