"We had a standard hotel room with 2 queen beds. It was decorated cute and clean. There was so much to do the granddaughter didn’t want to leave the hotel. The amount of activities and things to do at the hotel surprised me but it really was the staff that set this place at the top of my list. We encountered the NICEST staff I’ve ever had at any place I’ve ever stayed. The manager even went on a scavenger hunt with the daughter and granddaughter to find her lost stuffy and inevitably helped with a replacement even though the shops were closed. He cared enough that he didn’t want her to go to bed without a buddy so he sent her back with a new stuffy and remembered her and asked about the new buddy in passing in the hotel. 100% recommend to anyone traveling with kids. "

"This will be my number one spot to come back to every time I come to Tennessee. The staff is great the stay was great, the restaurant is out of this world it is a little pricey but it is well well worth it the food is absolutely amazing, really you wouldn't even have to go outside the hotel if you didn't want to you could just relax and stay there all day without having to do anything. It was an amazing time thank you to all the folks down there you guys are amazing keep up the good work"
