The front desk at night and the morning were pleasant. The hotel is in a good location to the train and downtown but far away enough from the hussle of the city. The full fitness center just steps away from property is a great partnership however it was closed on July 3rd no one knew why. Great room and walkable area.

Stayed for 3 nights and got charged 150$ after check out for parking 50$ a night they explained which was never told to me from check in. While staying they never came to our room for cleaning I had to just pile the garbage till Sunday. Had to request towels every day because they gave me only 3 towels for 2 people

Decent hotel. Great staff!

Staff was nice. Location was fine. Breakfast was decent. The room had some minor issues, burn hole in the sofa, sink barely drained and the toilet had issues flushing. Nice otherwise!

This hotel is in such a good location for anyone wanting to explore Boston. The Lechmere station is close enough to walk to. There is a really nice mall which has been recently renovated and has lots of dining options. McDonald’s is almost in the backyard. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. Breakfast was great!!
