Hotel fulfilled what was needed. Clean room. Comfortable beds. The hotel was very cramped in lobby areas and the elevator was slow and often broken. It seemed like it was squeezed into the smallest property possible.

Don't get stuck in the elevators!

The hotel staff are wonderful and keep all areas spic and span. The provided breakfasts are tasty and well appointed. HOWEVER the hotel itself is bland and in bad repair. The USB and electric outlets were loose or nonfunctioning. Room lights flickered and went out. The elevators were broken and frequently got stuck between floor requiring us to call for help.

Lift is unsafe, rooms are not kept well. Breakfast so so, staff not at all helpful. Why it should be IHG hotel at first place..this should be taken off from Holidays-inn category. Big mistake to stay in this property.

Nice location for a Red Sox game. The “T” is a 5 minute walk. Green line directly to Fenway.
