Great property in excellent location. Unfortunately I had not realized in a 2 queen-bed room, the beds may be different... I unknowingly selected the very soft bed, and subsequently had a terrible sleep. I will know better for next time.

Room was amazing and clean. They even made the beds, cleaned the bathroom and gave us fresh towels, which no hotel has done since covid. Our friends stayed in a different hotel nearby, paid quite a bit more, and it was dirty and uncomfortable. I'd stay here again!

We were denied access to the free shuttle twice, so they could transfer airline staff first. By the time the third shuttle showed up, almost an hour and a half had passed since getting off of our flight. Unacceptable.
