"When we arrived we were immediately greeted by Tyra who checked us in quickly. The room was very clean and smelled fresh, the bathroom was spotless, and the bed was super comfortable. There was a sitting area with a comfortable couch and the TV was hi-def. We stayed on a Saturday and Sunday and it was very quiet. Plus, we were able to take their free shuttle to our dinner reservation at a downtown restaurant. The self-serve breakfast bar was more than adequate and the coffee was fresh and hot on both mornings. All the employees we interacted with were very friendly, helpful and very professional. I will definitely stay at this hotel the next time I visit Ann Arbor."
