I booked for the wrong week through Hotels.com. Showed up the night I thought I was staying. They had rooms available, and told me that they would give me a rate similar to my Hotels.com rate. I asked what that rate would be, and the person at the front desk told me he would get it approved by the manager and confirm it when I checked out in the morning. Next morning I went to drop off my key and they said that they would email me the receipt, which they did not. Check my Credit Card statement two days later, and I was charged $150 MORE than what my Hotels.com rate was! I guess that’s what they call a similar rate! Also, I had prepaid the room for the following week, and they told me to call Hotels.com to get it cancelled. When Hotels.com attempted many times to reach the Sheraton to see if they would accept the cancellation, the Sheraton never responded! I am tempted to call the BBB on the Sheraton, rip off artists.

The rooms are nice and staff were great at check-in. Nice modern bathrooms. The shuttle is also a very helpful feature. Main issues for us were the small bed size and our A/C didn’t work. We didn’t end up sleeping well because our room got so hot.
