clean room, windows vibrating when airplanes take off but easy to sleep in it, no CNN news on TV, shuttle for airport is excellent, food is good but I would rather prefer without the coleslaw in my smoked meat sandwich!

The staff was calm under the stress of a power outage when we arrived. Also went above and beyond their call of duty to help me when I left my purse in the Uber ride. They were patient with the language challenge, and persistent to see our search rewarded

Everything was great except the newish vinyl plank flooring in the room was exceptionally slippery. My wife fell trying to walk on it. Not sure what cleaning agent or mop oil was used but very dangerous. I advised staff on checkout.
