Room did feel neglected. I was bitten by bed bugs. It was not a good experiencem staff is friendly and helpful, but definitely they have to improve cleanliness.

We had made our reservation, talked with the front desk twice. I had an elderly person with mobility issues and even though they told us that shuttle was just a call away, we had to wait 1.5 hours for a shuttle to take us 1.7kms!!!! They also left us on hold when we called for 45 mins!!!

Shuttle bus driver wasnt very helpful, he didn't offer to drop me off at my gate and didnt even get out of the van to help with my bag. He just sat and played on his phone the whole time
