The room was booked for my son who had a late flight landing in Montreal. When he arrived at 1:30 am after traveling for over 12 hours on October 19 the person at reception made a significant error and gave my son a key to a room that had two occupants. Fortunately, the two occupants were awake and very reasonable but it was extremely terrible for my son. When he returned to the front desk he was informed that he would have to pay for a different room as his room reservation was given to someone else. He was able to argue his way into getting a room at no charge. Mistakes can happen but when the employee at reception makes no effort to apologize or help find a solution, this is extremely poor customer service.

The airport shuttle was there waiting when I arrived and it was available right on time the next day to return me to the airport in good time to catch my flight. Good location, clean and great staff. Quality Inn Dorval is my go-to place when I’m in Montreal for business or pleasure.

The staff are excellent, my husband and I came off a flight and we were so exhausted and left early however our scheduled early flight changed and we had to go back to the hotel which the girls at the front allowed us to stay with our same reservation and use the room till check out for our flight later. This really meant a lot to us as our entire journey was a horibble experience and they made it better for us!
