It was a good value stop for the night. Some misunderstanding about the pickup point for the free shuttle was the only drawback. Otherwise, good value and decent free breakfast.

Place is close to the airport. Other than that, there isn't much else positive. The alarm went off at midnight, I had people yelling st each other in the halss calling each other "crackheads" and I woke up to the police in the front desk area taking care of a man with a small baby. If I had to choose again, I would have went to a different hotel.

The bed was quite firm, and on the second day, the room became very hot since the temperature couldn't be adjusted individually. The room's furnishings were quite old; the chair's leather was torn, and the heater unit was partially pulled out from the wall. I contacted the front desk about the heat issue, and they assured me someone would come to help, but no one arrived. After waiting an hour and a half, I called again and was told to wait until 11 p.m., but no one showed up then either. I couldn't get through on the phone, so I ended up turning on the air conditioning myself to cool the room down. Breakfast was simple but good. Parking was convenient.

Let me begin by saying this Quality Inn was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. From beginning to end, there was no transparency nor did the staff show any compassion towards my travel party. We (our group) of 7 travelled from Toronto for a funeral. Upon our arrival on Friday I was informed of the impending power outage from 9pm-6am. She said the rooms will be cold and dark and the only light would be in lobby because facility did not have a backup generator. When I asked for a refund, she informed me that only a manager could refund our rooms. And since there was no manager on site we would be able to request a refund in the morning when he/she arrived. She also said if we checked in we could not get a refund. I then asked her why this information was not given to the member of our party who came in 3 hrs prior to

Nice room, we found out the power was to be out from 9 p.m. to 6 am when we arrived at 8 p.m.-- should have had email prior to arriving - once there it is not time to change plans. Should have provided flashlights (we had packed small one and made do). Front desk was very helpful. Airport shuttle never showed up to pick us up at airport -- front desk didn't know why, another couple had same issue- waited 45 minutes, then tried to call back but no one answered. Cost us $25 for a taxi. We should have gotten a discount for no electricity/ power outage - none was offered. We stay at this hotel often when flying out of Montreal. Like the closesness, shuttle and front desk staff are most helpful.

.Only leave 2 big towels for 2 guests .Power outage during our stay. The only way we found out is by a note on door the day of. Font on the note was very small hard to read .When asked if elevator woukd work during power outage the answer was 'no' .Furniture is dated .Limited parking spaces

This place is super basic no thrills or frills just a place to sleep. Staff was friendly and they do offer breakfast. Walls are thin so if you have noisy neighbors you will hear it. Good for the price.
