My room had roaches and the only thing they could do for me was move me to a new room. The rooms were filthy and had the smoke detectors ripped out of the walls.

Not the greatest stay.

In town for a family wedding. Checked in about 9 pm after an 11 hour drive. Went through 3 rooms before finding one without stained sheets and comforters and working heat/ac. One side of the building is right next to a major highway and is VERY noisy. Killed at least 5 bugs in the room over 3 days. Generally not very clean. Old furniture. Looks like it hasn't been updated in decades. Staff was helpful.

The place for the most part was clean quiet the staff was friendly and helpful and available 24/7 when I called before my arrival it was nice that they checked my reservation by name not just a number..

The front desk staff were nice. Both keys did not work upon getting to my room so I had to go back to the office to get working keys. The front of the dresser was missing a wood panel. The beds were very uncomfortable and the room was very dated. The outside A/C unit was missing a cover. It looked like a $50 room, not a $150 room.

Toilet leaking out under the floorboards. Ground was wet all the way out to the bed. Cabinet drawer faces fell off with the slightest touch. Someone was getting arrested in the lobby when we went to check in.

This was the most horrible experience I have had in any Expedia reservation. As I arrived at 3pm on Sep 7, I was told by the hotel clerk on duty at the reception that Expedia had cancelled the reservation and I had no reservation. After arguing with with clerk, he noted that such cancellation was an Expedia issue and they had nothing to do with that. Frustrated, I had to spend sometime to find another accommodation on a rush and ended up paying twice the amount of this reservation on the most horrific hotel available in the area.
The cost of my stay was twice what i had originally booked through Expedia. Such Expedia cancellation was frustrating and there was no advance notice so I could have the time to find a better option and pricing. I expect a full refund. Thx

I must say everybody is very friendly and the staff is very nice but I've been coming to this place for over 20 years and as the years have progressed it has gotten worse when I first got there there was dirty clothes in the bathroom and there was 30 linens on the bed I was disappointed because it's one of my it was one of my favorite places to stay but this time really disappointed me about how I'm cleanly it was and the area is starting to fall apart
