This was our second visit because we enjoyed our first time so much. Closer to village and great walking distance to plenty of restaurants and stores and shops. Quiet soundproof rooms allowed for some long overdue R&R

Had very high hopes for this place but upon leaving was very disappointed. We had gotten the king sized bed with jacuzzi to go all out for the one night we stayed and i wish i didnt even stay the night.
The chair in our suite had multiple stains on the cushion and arm that were pretty blatant and easy to see. After exploring Buffalo, we came back to a nice jacuzzi and the hardest bed ive ever slept in. Just get a blanket, put on your carpet and lay on it and that was the equivalent, except you know its actually clean.
Our remote didn't work, the guide button didnt work like itd pop ip on the tv upon turning it on but you couldnt scroll through the guide or open it once it closed, and was also covered in a white flaky substance on the too which i would like to think was food, but with the stains on the chair I’m pretty concerned. Don’t go here just because its Hilton because it doesn't have that quality at all and doesn’t deserve to be apart if it.
