There is a restaurant or club nearby (across the street?) that plays crazy loud music from 10pm until 3am that will affect your sleep. The building is nice but dealing with incredibly crappy neighbors is a dealbreaker!

If I would gave known this was 2 interconnected condos, I would not have rented it. There is condo A and B. To get from condo B to A, you either need to go outside of condo B and back into the front door of condo A, or go through one of the bedrooms in A from B. The bedroom that connects condo B to condo A has zero privacy because you have someone walking through it and the door has no door knob, only a dead bolt. So you cant shut the door to that bedroom. The layout of this condo is very bizarre. There were a few other things that were odd and full disclosure, we did not complain to the host about them.Each bathroom only had 2 bath towels and 2 beach towels. We were there for 6 nights and extra towels would have been nice. Who wants to use the same towel for 6 days?The kitchen was decent except for the fact that the silverware still had the price stickers on them, which means they were not washed.The condo has a great view, not that we could see because the windows were filthy.There is some potential in this condo but I would suggest a thorough cleaning, paint touch up and new furniture in the living room/kitchen area.

As advertised

Nice building and great communication with host. Host able to acquire 2 pack n play cribs. Main downside for us is that neighborhood is difficult to navigate with small children. Hilly and inconsistent sidewalks. Too far from beach to walk with small kids. Great place and value for adults who enjoy a walk and don't need to be close to beach, or fine with driving/ubering etc. Probably the wrong choice for a family vacation with little kids given the logistics of car seats etc.

One night stay Christmas Eve 12/24/22 before resort

We were booked on Southwest Airlines when the winter storm hit USA Thurs 12/22/22. SWA canceled that night before our Saturday morning flight. Rebooked on Delta, arrived 4 hours late but Augusto was very responsive and accommodating. Unit was clean and as advertised. Roof top is amazing! Walked to coffee and breakfast Christmas morning. Two thumbs up!
