Ocean & Arch View Penthouse With A 2 Min Walk To The Beach

This Penthouse has breathtaking panoramic views overlooking the sea of Cortez and Cabo's famous Arch, Lands End. From the moment you arrive you will start to feel relaxed as you look out at the view. From the balcony in the morning you can enjoy your coffee and breakfast and watch whales (depending on time of year) with your naked eye or close up with our high powered spotting scope. Watch spectacular sunrises in the morning and then in the evening enjoy amazing sunsets.

This spacious recently renovated one bedroom condo is Located at Misiones del Cabo. It is only a 3 mile drive to get downtown or just over an hour walk along the beach. Cabs are always available at the entrance to Misiones to take you anywhere you like. Uber is now in Cabo and is almost a 1/4 the price of a cab. The bedroom has a new kingsize bed with his and her cabinets on both sides of the bed. The condo is equipped with a safe to secure your passport and valuables. Everything is electric in the condo (no gas) including the water heater so you dont have to worry about carbon monoxide. There is no elevator in the building but it is an easy 3 story walk. If you need assistance with your luggage security is usually very helpful when available, please be sure to tip them as it is very much appreciated.

The kitchen is very well equipped complete with all the amenities for preparing meals. The balcony has a new barbecue, lounge chairs for relaxing or suntanning, table and chairs for meals and 2 large umbrellas. The unit is equipped with Tommy Bahama portable back pack chairs, umbrella, beach coolers, and snorkel gear with life vests to take to the beach.

Bring your laptops, iPads or cellphones as this condo has fibre optic private wi-fi internet. There is Cabo fire TV for the living room and bedroom as well.

Misiones has a gated entrance and has 24 hour security, large heated swimming pool, swim up palapa bar (with wifi) and restaurant, two semi private swimmable beaches with one being a surf beach (two minute walk away with no annoying vendors) and a small convience store near the entrance in the parking lot. The famous Sunset Da Mona Lisa restaurant is located about a 2 min walk from the condo and has great food along with amazing sunset views. There is also another excellent restaurant fairly close called Puerta Viejo located at the top of the road leading down to Misiones. If you want to go to the Spa the new high end Cape hotel has great services along with a spectacular rooftop deck and bar, all within a 3 - 4 minute walk. The Welk resort which is at the opposite end of our resort (walk across our beach) also has a restaurant and spa services.

This complex is very quiet, relaxing, laid back and comfortable so if you like to party and be loud then this is not the place for you, however if you do want to experience some of the nightlife that Downtown Cabo has to offer it is only a 10 minute cab or Uber ride away. This Unit is 1000 sq ft, and is strictly a NON SMOKING UNIT including the balcony. Airport pick-up/drop-offs and a pre-arrival grocery shop can all be arranged for a very reasonable price and organized by our property manager.
