A heartfelt thank you to Inna, whose warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness made such a wonderful first impression. She greeted us with a smile that instantly made us feel at home. To our delight, the hotel had also prepared a thoughtful anniversary gift for us. It was such a meaningful surprise and a beautiful reminder that true hospitality is found in the little details. The hotel itself is modern, comfortable, and perfectly located in the heart of downtown Calgary. But what made this stay truly memorable wasn't just the beautiful property—it was the people. The sincere care and attention we received made us feel like valued guests rather than just visitors. Thank you to Inna and the entire team for making our wedding anniversary so special. We left with wonderful memories, and there's no question where we'll stay the next time we're in Calgary!"
