Welcome to "Carmels Belle Epoque " in Carmel.

Gorgeous 1711' sq Carmel Woods home nestled in a darling neighborhood close to town. A custom remodel completed in 2017 makes it feel as if you're stepping into a brand new home.

Enjoy the best of both worlds in this wonderful recently remodeled cottage it is just 5 blocks from the picturesque and world-renowned Carmel and walking distance to the quaint village of Carmel-by-the-Sea.

The Space:
This home feels spacious with  open concept kitchen, living, and dining area. Carmel Belle features three comfortable bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, sleeping up to six guests.

As you enter into the home, you are drawn to the beautifully decorated Living Room, with a gorgeous gas fireplace, custom cabinetry kitchen and spacious dining room.

This home is tastefully appointed with comfortable high end furniture mixed with attractive art pieces. The common areas have newly refinished hardwood floors. The living room, dining room and kitchen are complimented with a bright open concept design.

The spacious kitchen is a chef’s dream that boasts white counter-tops, top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and a gas Viking stove.

Two bedrooms are located on the main floor-both spacious, beautifully decorated and outfitted with luxury beds and linens. The Master bedroom enjoys high beamed ceilings, french doors  that lead to private deck, and a gas fireplace .

Enjoy your coffee on the patio as you bask in the morning sun. The king bed looks out into the patio. The room invites you to relax with a good book or enjoy a movie on a 50” high definition TV . The Master bathroom has been completely remodeled with marble, and has 2 sinks, an air-jet Jacuzzi tub and spacious walk-in shower.

The other bedrooms are located off the main hallway and share a bathroom. The 2nd bedroom is equipped with a King sized bed that can be converted to two twins, luxury linens and has ample closet space. The 3rd bedroom also has twin beds that can be converted into a king bed with a comfortable foam topper. The bathroom has been completely renovated, incorporating  tile into the pristine white tile and marble with an over-sized walk-in shower.

A spacious patio off of the kitchen invites you to relax and enjoy the moderate Carmel climate. A barbecue is provided for you to dine al fresco under cafe lights. There is a side yard lit up that leads you to a large firepit, gas heater, and ample seating to enjoy many evenings creating lasting memories.

The owners have taken great pride in this house and the attention to detail can be seen throughout. Besides the top-of-the-line appliances and fixtures, high quality furniture, beds and bedding, they have also provided everything you’ll need to enjoy your time. You will find in the garage a foosball table, dart board, and a bistro table for your enjoyment!

Monterey County Ordnance requires we collect Transient Occupancy Tax equal to 10.5% of rent. Some Vacation Rental websites do not support collection of T.O.T. In those cases, the Tax must be paid directly to Property Manager prior to or upon arrival for all Rentals shorter than 30 Days.

Monthly rental rates are discounted to reflect that guests booking reservations of more than 28 days are required to pay Gas, Electric and Water Utilities in addition to the quoted rental rate.

We had a lovely stay at Belle Epoque. The house was exactly as described, very clean and well provisioned with kitchen gear, utensils, etc. We did have a question or two after we checked in and the host was very responsive. The house is close to downtown Carmel (5 minute drive, 15 minute walk) which made it easy to sample several of the great restaurants in town.

Wonderful home for a perfect “girls getaway” There were four of us & although the home had 3 bedrooms with large king size beds, the “kids” room bed (King) can be separated into two twins . It also would be a great house for 2 couples. VERY clean, beautiful appointments, well equipped kitchen.

Perfect stay in Carmel

If you are looking for the nicest rental in Carmel, this is it! Everything about this home was wonderful - the gourmet kitchen, luxurious bathrooms, fine linens, fully stocked kitchen... I could go on and on. The management company was very helpful and left thoughtful surprises like a s'mores kit, wine and snacks. The home is about a three-minute drive into town and also had easy access to Highway 1. We could not have had a better stay and loved everything about this home!

Perfect for friends

We had three couples (and two dogs) together for an extended weekend.Belle Epoque is a great base for spending time in Carmel. The home is fantastic, there is an enclosed yard, ability to park 3 cars in the driveway and it's a nice 15-20 minute walk to the heart of downtown. We'll be back!

What a beautiful home. Lots of amenities and a location that makes it super easy to get into town, but is far enough to be quiet and peaceful.Lots of great info shared in the check-in process and helpful instructions from Marco and the property management team. Our dog enjoyed the space and even small details like food dishes and towels for paws - everything was great.

Relaxing Hideaway

The property is exactly as advertised and shown in the pictures. The upstairs bedroom feels like you are in a secluded treehouse with all the greenery out the windows. It's a short easy downhill walk into town. Very well maintained, beautiful fixtures, charming with a French farmhouse vibe. We spent a lot of time just in the house because it was so relaxing and peaceful to just lounge there. Highly recommend.

Superb cottage close to Carmel and US 1

This cottage was perfect for a race weekend at Laguna Seca. Everything is updated with high-end fixtures and decorating. Extremely comfortable and cozy. Location near US 1 was perfect for getting to and from the race track and into Carmel. Rental and check-in process was very smooth. Highest rating.
