Construction and heavy machinery on-ongoing on a small property. Workers flighting and yelling throughout the day. Windows do not shut fully, due to age/wood warping, layers of paint. Peeling paint and rotting wood around the window in the shower. Severe ant problem - by the 3rd day ants were everywhere in the kitchen, all over our stored food. The wood floors were rough and splinter easily, as well as the damaged wood deck. My son had a splinter when he forgot to wear flip flops one evening. This is not a 700 place per night. The pictures do not show the true size or condition of the structure.

We had a wonderful stay and enjoy the view specially during sunset. My family enjoyed the classic and modern vibes. Accessible to anywhere. You can really walk and enjoyed the medditerranean cultures and cottages. If you travelled Europe you know what i mean, and can tell the vibes whether it is a shop,retaurant,any store. A beautiful place to visit. The host is very Friendly,accommodating and hospitable. It was a challenge to find the place but when you see the sunset its all worth it. You can hear the Breeze from the occean in your patio.
