Find a cheap Hotel in Casas Velhas

"Rooms and bathrooms are small but clean and comfortable. The air conditioning did not work in our room, which was pretty terrible early June. Thankfully my kids had the connecting room with working air conditioning, so I was able to sleep there (my older daughter and my husband are less sensitive to heat). We opened the connecting door so they were able to get some cool air that way too. No compensation was offered for the non working air conditioning by staff in the morning. The restaurant inside the hotel has good food and good service. The shuttle is a nice touch, it was timely and the driver was friendly. We did not get the bagged breakfast that was offered and we asked for, but I guess that happens. There is a shoe store next door to the hotel (accessible from the hotel) with good selection and good prices for leather shoes."

"This hotel has perhaps the single best-designed room I've ever come across. I'm in at least a dozen hotels a year and this just ticks all the boxes. Really smart, well thought-out rooms. We had a huge balcony with views of town and water. The breakfast is good for a four star hotel, there's a workspace set aside off the lobby, and the restaurants are excellent. Staff is personable, motivated and well-trained - sure signs of a well-run establishment. Absolutely recommend. "
