"The hotel was modern and clean. The location worked well for us, as close to the metro to get to the harbour and city attractions, close to a supermarket, and close to a rail station to get direct to Sintra and other attractions outside the city. We booked a top floor suite with a patio balcony. The downside was that although it had a fridge and microwave, there was no plates, glasses or cuttlery. Only paper cups were allowed as the hotel was still awaiting approval for these in the room. Hence spoilling a nice evening glass of wine on the patio with views of Lisbon."

"I love Locke hotels. Having a kitchen and washer in the room makes long trips abroad so much nicer. Their properties are very hip and have all the amenities you need for a city stay.
