The sheets and comforter had hair, human hair. And fuzzies and specs of dirt. My sister and I were truly disgusted and had to strip the beds ourselves and remake them after we called the front desk to have them bring up, clean sheets, pillowcases, and comforters. One of the beds on the mattress pad had hair on it as well. Truly disgusting and request my money back for this room. Signed, truly disgusted

The pool was unavailable to use for the hours I was there. Was closed on Sunday when we got there at 4pm and was only going to be open on Monday from 5-8pm and that is when we needed to be at calling hours at Funeral Home. Very disappointing as I book a hotel according to ability to have a pool to swim in first thing in am and before bed. Won't stay at this hotel again.

Everything was fine. However, pool hours were very limited (5:00 to 8:00 pm for example) due to the town’s regulation requiring a life guard be present whenever pool is open. Needless to say, they don’t tell you that in advance.

Loved the spacious room. Loved the no smoking or pets. Most things were extremely clean. There were tons of streaks on the shower glass,before i took a shower. The hot water at the tap took forever to heat up. I washed up wirh cold water the first night. One of the elevators made a very loud/ scary grinding sound each time i used it. The refrigerator in my room was off kilter/leveled with a piece of cardboard. But it didnt work. Each time i opened the frig. the whole the moved. You may want to consider starting breakfast at 6 on the weekends for us early birds. I was so hungry. But the western omlette was so delicious. I wish the sidewalk had a lip to the road so when i was rolling things in/out of the hotel i didnt have to lift them. I would definitely stay here again!

Super clean and easy check in which is typical with holiday inn I love staying here. But this time it was awful was a random water leak coming from the bathroom ceiling. It was in the middle of the night while me and my child was sleeping. Had to transfer room but super inconvenient
