"The location was great. We were able to find good eats at several nearby restaurants. We walked around the Times Square area and the garment district. Next day we caught #1 to South Ferry to visit the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. I contacted them ahead of time for an early check in. No guarantees, but they said they’d try. When we arrived at 9:00 am they said check back at noon. We left our luggage in their luggage room. At 12:00, we checked in, 3 hours early. We chose the bunk beds room. Each bunk had their own TV. There was a desk. No closet, but there were hooks and hangers and a luggage rack. Good enough. We moved to a hotel in the financial district the next day to be closer to the family event that we were attending."
