The room was clean, nice and very quiet. The shower is very large and clean with excellent water pressure. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. If I could change anything I would say the hallways need to be a bit brighter.

I stayed in for Valentines Day and there was no water( like in the whole city/town) was shut down . We used bottled waters to wash up and couldn’t flush the toilet. My deposit was not waived and I got nothing off for my stay. I called to verify the deposit before check in and they never mentioned that they had no water . I could not use the pool either . The bed was nice though

Room was nice. Som elevators weren’t working. There were long lines at times. Eventthough, they had a lot of parking, it was hard to find parking since it was packed
