The room was clean but the carpet had a funky smell. We arrived at 430 pm and our room was not ready, we had to waiting for half hour for the room to be clean but everything else was excellent. Breakfast was very good and staff was friendly

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property and the room were nice. The only disappointment was the pool. In the pictures it looks like it’s a good size, but it’s one of the smallest pools of any hotel we’ve ever stayed at. More than a couple kids and their parents and it was too crowded. All in all, would stay here again.

No complaints, would definitely stay here again!

Conveniently located across the road from Woodfield Mall and lots of surrounding restaurants and shops. Very clean and well maintained hotel. Breakfast options were standard Hampton Inn options (scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffle maker, cereals, etc) but all tasted really good and were well stocked….No complaints, would definitely stay here again!

The front desk service Anthony and another young lady (I don't remember her name). My husband and I arrived early for check in. They did everything to accommodate us to make our stay great I just want to say thank you to Anthony and the young lady who was assisting us . They changed our room. We were surprised and grateful. The following day my husband and I took a walk prior to us checking. Clean room. Clean hallways and breakfast area. Breakfast was superb. Kind staff at front desk and breakfast mornings. Two night stay, breakfast both mornings = highly recommended. Pool is smaller but nice. Towels are thin and shower curtain was very short. Toilet paper offered is Angel Soft Professional and very thin. Very soft bed and comfy pillows. The air conditioner seemed to be off at night or maybe it was our unit. We keep the room super cold. Our room 415 had a few minor problems: TV remote didn’t work, shower head needed replaced, conditioner needed refilled, but #1 thing = the outlets were in bad condition. Plastic slide covers missing and difficult to keep items plugged in without falling out.

In a great area near IKEA and Woodfield Mall! Lobby of hotel was very nice but room looked like it was in the middle of renovating- 2 different types of carpet and there was a big patch on the ceiling. The bathroom was very nice and clean although the hand soap dispenser was on a wall away from the sink which was odd. Beds were hard but the comforter was soft and not too heavy. Breakfast was really good- good selection still at half hour before it closed! It would have been nice to have 2 employees at the desk during check out hours- an employee was helping a person but had to keep stopping to grab keys of people checking out, I felt bad that the customer kept getting interrupted. Overall a great hotel and would stay here again!
