The cheaper option during Lollapalooza. Location was good and it was fairly clean. Beds were comfortable. The room was much smaller than it looked online which was not ideal for two people trying to get ready at the same time with suitcases. We also were walked in on by one of the cleaners without knocking.

Staff was good. Seemed to be understaffed. One person was ruining front desk and the breakfast bar. She was working hard to accommodate everyone. Great location. Our bathroom sink wouldn’t drain and overflowed. Shower water would turn off due to no pressure.
