Everything has been good. Just hard to find where to park and then get in the actual building. Staff have been very friendly and helpful. Beautiful view of the lake.

Very displeased with perks of VIP. We did not get a room upgrade. We requested a 1pm checkout and it was denied. They presented like we were getting a free breakfast as a perk, but all guests got the free (bad) breakfast so NOT A PERK. The pool was closed on the weekends despite the listing saying in was open everyday except major holidays. It took 3 elevator transfers to get to the lap pool at the fitness club. It is not a pool for relaxing and hanging out as one would expect at a hotel. While it did not impact us, several other guests tried to take their children and were denied as it’s an 18+ pool, but not advertised on listing.

coffee needs a boost

Disappointed there wasnt better coffee option in the morning breakfast offering. Only Keurigs. Not convenient to have to go out to find good coffee. Fresh brewed coffee seems like a must for a hotel so far up off the street, with not many close options.

Beautiful room and view! Got back from a White Sox game and was able to see the Navy Pier fireworks from our room ❤️

The rooms are amazing high ceilings huge windows ton of space. I will go back here. The only downside is the amenities are very limited. You need to bring your own stuff food, drinks coffee etc.
