Air conditioning/heating was easy to adjust- a must for elderly couple. Floor was uneven in a section of the room but did not pause a significant problem. FD staff members were knowledgeable and efficient- some with warmth and positive engagement added in. Andre in housekeeping (?) provided excellent assistance.

I will not be returning ever!

I cannot understand why the hotel would put someone me who is by myself on the first below below a family with little children. That was absolutely thoughtless and inconsiderate. I dealt with noise and banging above me the entire stay. I spoke to the front desk several times. I killed 2 bugs and the bathroom smelled like someone was smoking in there, but your hotel says no smoking. My room was right by the exit door so I heard everyone's conversation. I am so disappointed and upset!

Worker at the front was kind, but they were the ONLY worker in the entire facility. Room had a huge bug over the bed, people outside were speaking in a way that left the family feeling unsafe.

Poorly insulated infrastructure. Heard constant foot steps and noise from the room above me all night. Along with many strange sounds from other electronics in the room. I got maybe 2.5 hours of sleep.

This hotel did NOT match the picture on their website! I have a mold allergy. This hotel looked clean, said it was renovated in 2023, and that windows opened. It was SO rundown! Stains on the the hallway carpets and paint peeling. The first room we tried had peeling paint, yellow running down a wall, visible mold on the lamp shades, and the window was sealed shut. The 2nd room was even worse. Just walking through and taking pictures I had broke out in a rash! I asked for a refund because I couldn't stay there. The manager said she wouldn't charge me, but I need to now go thrpugh Hotels .com for my refund. We had to find a different hotel at the last minute.

When Andre was working in the kitchen for breakfast I loved how he kept walking and making sure nothing was empty, he would go get the coffee refill it while still making sure food was available for the guests. He kept it clean even while it was packed. I stayed a week and the times he was there it was the same service from him. I definitely recommend
