So the property itself is not in a bad location but when you’re spending 100+ dollars a night or you’re trying to entertain company, you don’t want paint dripping on the floor, awkward looking space in the room, obvious signs that a makeover was done, but it wasn’t done well and this hotel screams that. Things like putting a regular chair where a sofa was, no divider between the sinks and the main room where the sinks are not in with the bathroom, toilet or shower, this was basically a motel six inside with an elevator, security cameras, and a pretty lady at the front desk. If you’re trying to entertain for an evening of romance, this is definitely not the place. You can, but my guest felt like she was staying at a hooker motel and I didn’t like that field not for the money that was spent. There’s a time in a place for those type fantasies, but this is definitely not the place for that kind of money in that particular neighborhood.

Upon walking into the room, the floor was not clean. One of the dead bugs I noticed was a roach. The shower looked like it had just been used and when I went to the bathroom at night, there were roaches scattered when the lights came on. The bed was comfortable. I did not take advantage of the breakfast.

The room was clean. However, there were roaches that were coming out of the door frame, which I did not like the breakfast was trash. The cereal was stale not too many selections and the eggs came out of a container, and the sausages were dry AF. Maybe they should add water when they’re steaming them to help maintain the moisture, which I don’t even think should even be a thing.

I had roaches in my bedroom and bathroom. Floors and bathtub were not clean. My bathroom door randomly locked on its own so I couldn’t use it. The breakfast was subpar and not good. The staff seemed nice enough but did not care about you nor give me true customer satisfaction vibes. The property was unkept and dirty.

The location was under renovations in their gym area, the outside of the building had a lot of construction garbage. The staff was friendly but there was a lot of noisy neighbours be sure to bring earplugs.

This property like all other Wyndham are a low budget , room was dirty ( finger nails in bathtub ) tooth picks under bed. One guest had his new car wheels/rims stolen car on soda crates. It reminded me of a section 8 hold over until housing found. Breakfast was coffee, sausage, eggs. Juice machine broken , low grade level of food. Would advise not to stay there unless you can’t find a hotel.

The room was clean but do know that the floor is not a completely one piece floor. I tripped on the lip on the floor while going to the bathroom. I’m fine but wish I had realized it was there. The staff was polite and informative. The availability of food and stores is amazing.
