Unprofessional staff when I arrived no one was at the front desk I had to wait over 5 minutes Hotel felt dirty and deteriorated Hotel guests were very loud throughout the night woke me up several times

Staff and room was horrible!! Bedspread had blood droplets and so did my kids sheets on the opposite bed! When I spoke to the staff about it, the only resolution they offered at that time was to send me a fresh comforter but no staff available to freshen up my room! I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!!!!

Decent breakfast option like Waffle, Bagel, breads, muffin, etc. Property looked clean, rooms were clean. Literally 2 min walkable distance to Panda express, McDonald, Wendy etc. Safe location and near to Washington DC museums. Would book again in future.

This stay had to be the absolute worst hotel I have ever been to. The pictures that are posted on this website has to be old. The rooms look nothing like the pictures. I was extremely disappointed in this stay. Once on the elevator to go to my floor there was a funny smell like an odor. Then I reached my floor there was a very strong smoke smell right when you got off the elevator. (And this was a non smoking hotel supposedly.) I noticed in the room there was a stain on the lamp shade, a the side of the wall I let the housekeeper know regarding this then it was the sheets! The last issue I seen was ROACHES !!! Once I seen that I packed all of my belongings up and checked out. This place is absolutely no place to stay with family or even alone. The breakfast was basic stuff was sitting out uncovered. The dining area looked dingy. It was just a horrible, horrible experience. I would not be returning ever ! I contacted hotel management regarding this issue asap! Also they allow pets here as well. All walks of life I see is allowed

There was someone throwing a fit everyday very loudly, a fight everyday, they deactivate your keys everyday, a lot of homeless people hangout in the lobby, elevator barley works, not the best neighborhood as there’s cops everywhere because of how sketchy that part of town is.

The pros and cons for an overpriced hotel. Pros: Had a gym (hadn’t been clean in months in seemed….but there was a gym), there was a free breakfast, location was convent but it is not in a great area and when night time begins you probably shouldn’t be walking out alone, and that’s all for the positives. Cons: Water was dripping from all floors in the stairway, there were roaches (not a lot but I certainly saw one scurry across the floor, the shower had an attachments that you had to use to wash because the shower head didn’t work, and overpriced for what you get. This should be labeled as a motel not a hotel and the fact Wyndham claims these hotels drops their entire luxury quality.

Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Was in town for football game, so there were lots of guests but only one elevator was operational so took a long time waiting for elevator. Used steps and had to carry luggage up and down steps. Room was average, AC/heat units didn’t really work. Holes were patched in walls. Bathroom was extremely small and cramped. Tiny mini fridge in room
