Office staff wonderful, waited 2or 3 hrs for a extra blanket and room was mildew in corners and the closet was very molding. Unhealthy and not safe. We had no where else to go. Trash outside the door never got dumped...trash falling onto the ground. We dumped our own thrash

The hotel was definitely shoddy and needed some better cleaning and fixing up. No soap was provided for the sink or shower, just some shampoo and conditioner. Smelled like cigarettes all over and the bathroom was terrible.

I would not recommend this property to anyone. It started with the manager telling me that I did not have a valid reservation from Travelocity because it was made by my wife. He then said "don't worry, I have space for you". It was approaching midnight after a cross-country trip so my options were limited. The outside parking lot had some characters milling around that were a bit unsettling. However, the room itself had USB chargers that would not work and the digital alarm clock was also broken, so when I woke up I had a discharged cell phone. The room was very tired, and my high school gym towels were better than what was offered. Keep looking, there are better options in the area at the same prices.

Liked: convenient location Disliked: No amenities, not enough pillows, only one coffee packet, one tiny bar of soap, ice maker not working. Staff not helpful. Closet locked. Not cozy. A hotel to avoid.

Barebones, not cozy at all. Clean, but not much there. Staff could not provide two additional pillows. Coffee package only for one. Huge room, mostly bare. The closet was locked and unusable. One tiny piece of soap in the bathroom. No ice in room, and the hotel icemaker did not work. Disappointing.

I thought this hotel was nice. Staff is friendly and the room was nice and clean. My only negative comment is the bed was not comfortable.
