We had a one night stay here for a nearby concert.They were out of the king beds we had reserved so thought that was a little odd. This hotel could definitely use some cleaning/debugging in the rooms. It also had holes in the bedding. The staff was friendly and tried to solve the problem. Our first room had cockroaches in the refrigerator, on the microwave, and on the floor. We moved and the second room had a fridge that worked well,but had no microwave. Nor a coffee maker in either room. We didn't use the pool so can't speak for it. They did have a few breakfast items. I will say the bed was actually really comfortable and it was pretty quiet there overall. They are also dog friendly and that was part of our decision to stay. I really hope they can take the infestation seriously so they can have a better hotel experience for their guests.

My stay was a horrible experience. I would never recommend this place as a destination to stay. My sister re-booked to extend my stay so she could come visit me after a 10 year separation. While both of us had business meetings and work to do the staff continued to harass me over 5 separate times. The manager came banging on the door while I was in the shower and all of this was done after I had communicated to the customer support team the rebooked stay with names and reasons why we added my sisters name on my reservation. Huge mistake because the started threatening me that they would call the

1 - The keycards did not work because the battery died. They hotel had to replace or recharge in order to open the door. 2 - Once I went inside the room, the bathroom door was locked and I could not go inside. They hotel staff couldn't open it either and they ended up switching me to another room. 3 - The floor, towels and room interiror was all dirty. I walked barefoot on the floor and my soles became black. 4 - AC was broken and I could not turn it on. 5 - Shower water was either too cold or too hot, I could not adjust to the right tenperature for me. 6 - I had never seen so many cockroahces in a hotel room in my life until this trip. I stayed for just a few days and I encountered close to twenty. I left the lights on at all time worrying that more cockriaches would have appeared if I had turned the lights off.

The room was well used. The door jam looked like it has been kicked in by the cops a few times, missing trim etc.. Room was noisy with traffic from freeway, but the TV had a lot of good movies and it was fairly clean.
