Great location for anyone needing a place to stay for a beach trip. Simple accommodations but a good place to lay your head, shower, and keep your stuff while exploring Newport and Huntington Beach

The rooms were so nasty. The mildew smell was so strong we had to sleep with the AC at the coldest and the window open.. very unsafe. Which with that we could hear every thing and everyone in the pools and walking up the stairs since we were the first room near the stairs. The floors were so dirty and sticky your feet went black if you didn’t wear shoes. The bathroom had mold everywhere. The staff(besides the nice lady working 8/30) were awful. i could not get ahold of anyone via phone call for over 5 HOURS. 9+ phone calls and the only way i go to talk to anyone(who was no help) was but selecting make a reservation option. horrible horrible horrible for $300 a night. I paid for early check in (after 12am) and couldn’t get a room until 11:30am. The price was $50 but if we waited until 1pm , which we were close enough…. The price would have been $25 extra. Pick anywhere else but here!
