I loved the property and the views from our room were amazing. I want to go back just for the views and access to beach. A few things that need some care but won’t stop me from booking my next visit include, there was hair in the shower from someone else, a lot ( I took pic but cleaned it before my husband could see it and make a fuss), the ac was not working very well in the unit, it was warm even at night. We reported it but not sure if anyone came to look at it-no one shared a report back to us, and the food from the restaurant looked better than it tasted (especially for how much we paid-very disappointing, we did share this). Having said all that, I do want to go back as you are down the road from my daughter’s college now.

Beautiful clean property. Great staff. Right on the beach. Beautiful scenery if you select ocean front view. Only drawback is that the rooms are NOT soundproof which is one of the reasons why I chose this property. This issue however was quickly addressed and handled after speaking with hotel staff.

Daytona Beach is a weird place so I suppose my stay was more than likely gonna be equally as weird. This hotel is better in photos than real life. It felt like walking thru what a 13yr I of blogger envisions as "luxury" but in reality it was more like a cheaper version of pottery barn vomited all over the hotel. The pool deck is quite dangerous, as the designer of the hotel opted for some sort of composite tile that when wet, which is always, amounts to a slip and slide. The general lack of supervision in the pool area made using the pool problematic: kids jumping into the hot tub, tossing plastic cups around at each other even tho it clearly states no children under 12 permitted. Look I have kids but the hotel lacked any and all class when it came to the guests and the poor behaviour of both parents and children. Food in the pool is gross. A lack of adult hours in the pool is also a huge miss, after 8pm I shouldn't be subjected to a bunch of sugared up brats. The staff at the cafe were brutal, completely useless and a clear I don't wanna be here energy. The hotel is right on the beach so that's great, they lacked any amenities however for you to be able to enjoy the beach. Just overall this hotel is a massive miss, the food was abismal, I had better food at the nearby movie theater. Sadly I'm not sure any of the other hotels in the area are any better, I hope to never find myself in Daytona

We did like the property, but the staff needs more training, as they are not well equipped to handle requests. Such as fixing the AC correctly, the restaurant has overpriced breakfast, asked for plant based milk, received old curdled milk w/a Soup spoon etc. Could go on forever, the staff winged it in every scenario. Would not claim as a 4 Star…

What I love about the property was I had a one bedroom suite, and we had panoramic view of the ocean, the river and the city. Also, the property was really quiet. It wasn’t a lot of children running around so I was able to get a lot of rest. I love the cleanliness of the property also.

The staff was accommodating, but untrained in the hospitality industry. Check-in staff was incredibly slow and food and beverage outlets were untrained in their areas. Overall nice place, but the entire hotel smelled of pot and no one seemed to care.
