"The hotel is located in a busy tourist location. It is newly renovated, well-maintained, and a type of mega hotel. Cannot believe I was charged for $2 for a couple of hot water."

"Well positioned hotel. Close to Penn Street Station so easy to get train or tube. Far enough away from the noise of Times Square. Rooms small but typical of NY Hotels. Dated but fits in with style/era of this hotel. Staff very helpful, we had an incidence which required hospital, they were so good keeping my room beyond my checkout time next day and not charging any extra."

"We have stayed here several times before and we loved it just as much! The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and the bars are unmatched. The location is wonderful for getting to restaurants or sight seeing. We will absolutely stay here again!"
