When we went to our room it smelt like cigarettes very dirty smell and intoxicating. We requested room and that ones television didnt work and staff did not care to fix it and were very rude told us if we didn't like it to go somewhere else. The roof also has water stains all over it and the smoke detecter was covered with a plastic bag. The shower also had very little preasure and was dirty. We will never stay here again disgusted

Nice and clean hotel. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are big and very comfortable. Good breakfast with many options. The only challenge was there's no elevator on the older side of the hotel where we stayed and had to carry our luggage up the stairs to the second floor.

First room had a thick moisture in the air. Black mold and pooling water near AC. They switched our room without question. Parking lot is full of garbage and is near impossible to navigate. Entire cleanliness of new room is in question as a result. Not happy to be staying here.

The hotel's third party websites list at least the following which gave me reason to book there, but none of these exists in reality at the hotel: all day restaurant, free area shuttle, deli/snack bar.... when this third party site was shown to and brought to the attention of Management it was dismissed as the fault of the third party booking site. Not even a glass of water was offered in compensation. The staff was very friendly and apologized, but that did not make up for the false advertising that inconvenienced me.

One night stay before flight

Overall, a good experience and a great value. Only complaint was that for five people they only had a single small bottle of shampoo in the room. Other than that, a good experience.
