Older hotel, staff is super nice. This is more for families that cook as it has stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge. The fridge was noisy all night long, also the heating system was kind of loud and keep me up. Clean room, the shower, had some hair on the walls from before. The courtyard across is much nicer, newer, sister hotels.

The staff is super friendly and helpful, The building is old. Rooms not fancy or clean. Beds were not super comfy. However, the two bedroom unit (Teen adult kid) for the cost was worth it.

Easily this was $60/day quality stay at $210/day rates. I could write an essay on the disappointment of being locked into the Expedia contract while I was grieving the loss of a family member. Only redeeming aspects were the available Gideon Bible, the free USA Today paper and the complimentary coffee.

How can I rate staff when nobody is here (in the breakfast area) and some food plates are empty ? But from the beginning: I didn’t receive room I purchased - they didn’t have empty anything like that so they gave me smaller without any information or “sorry” ?? like “nothing happened” The finally - standard fo one star only :/ Second - for the amount they ask for one night I can expect something more than just bed. The place seems to be showing its age. The halls are banged up and it looks like it could use a facelift. The rooms are comfortable. The staff is nice. The location is great. It is dog friendly.
