A great view of the whole city from the terrace. Duomo is very close. Staff was very helpful, accomadating, and friendly. They went above and beyond. Great breakfast buffet with a wide variety. Walking distance to everything you want to see. This was our second time staying here. Really love this hotel.

Nice and comfortable, easy access to the sites.

Pros: Everything was very, very good! The security made us feel very at ease.
Cons: The air conditioning was a tad low in output (it might have been our failure to run it properly?)
Location: Florence has numerous museums, churches and restaurants within easy walking distance.
We really enjoyed our stay here. Check-in was easy (our reception person spoke excellent English). The room was very comfortable and clean. Bed was very soft and comfortable. There was a small refrigerator. Loved the large bathroom and shower. We had a slight view of the Duomo which was a bonus. The free breakfast was excellent with lots to choose from, it was terrific! Checkout was just as smooth. Parking was available in a garage nearby at a discounted rate arranged by the property- 21 Euros per 24 hours (the usual rate is about 25 Euros per 24 hours). We will definitely return when we visit Florence again.

Perfect hotel, great location, unbeatable views!

Everything about Palazzo Graziani was amazing and it exceeded our expectations. Everything you want to see and do in Florence is walking distance from this hotel - the location is perfect. A major highlight is the rooftop balcony, great place to drink a bottle of wine and soak in the beautiful view! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious and clean. This is the perfect place to stay if you're looking for a fun experience in Florence!
