The shuttle bus never came after waiting 45 minutes and repeated calls to the hotel. In addition to the cockroach in the bathroom

Good location and great helpful hotel staff. I would recommend this hotel to friends family or traveling guests who is looking for a good hotel. Also close to Cruise port and Airport.

Was told when booking shuttle would be a few minutes when we landed and was told shuttle would be forty minutes. We had to pay 60 dollars for transportation. We had two young children and didnt get in till 9:15

Do not stay at this property pre-cruise! Very few amenities and dirty sheets. With exception of Marc (who was spectacular) the staff isn’t very helpful. Pay a little more and stay at a nicer place.
